Through joy and pain, celebration and sorrow, mountaintop and valley, we are beckoned into embracing the mystery of an unseen God in a fallen world. We “walk by faith and not by sight” simply choosing to trust, with childlike innocence, in the unending goodness and faithfulness of our Abba Daddy. Welcome to the pilgrimage from where the anthology of these songs was birthed. From utter despair of losing my father to the pure joy of becoming a father, I refuse to allow the unexplained transitions of this life to snuff out the flame of love that brightly burns inside. May a generation of burning hearts arise to carry the fire of first love until the very end.
